Sniffer

Adding scent to my pieces has been a happy success. It happens that recycled paper holds the scent of essential oils really well.

I made 3 sniffers for the HARK Show at KALEID Gallery. This one is the large one, about 10 inched and is scented with a mix of sandalwood and patchouli  Triloka oil.

Edgar Allen Poeman

This little guy is a note taker. There is a note pad in his belly, pens in his head and magnets in his hands. He is currently at KALEID Gallery as part of the HARK Show. If you are in San Jose and you like art, please visit us at KALEID.

                                                                                           Hope to see you there!

Messenger Fish

This little guy is sculpted out of used paper, for example junk mail, food packaging and cardboard boxes. It has 4 magnets on the hands to hold messages up in the air. The magnets were rescued from a discarded shower curtain. The stand is a combination of the stick from a  broken window blind, a blue tube left over from new construction and a cool little copper stand I found at Goodwill Thrift store.  It is currently at KALEID Gallery in San Jose, CA. If you are into a wide variety of art, you will love KALEID Gallery.
