Through the years I have made several pieces I dubbed Rose Colored Glasses. The idea is that magical thinking is more appealing than taking responsibility for our actions and then to adjust our behavior.
This piece is sculpted using 100% recycled materials, then painted with nontoxic glue and no VOC/low VOC paint.
This coffee table, like many of these pieces is constructed from empty paint cans and other containers as the filling with a specially mixed recycled pulp exterior. They are then sealed with a combination of low/no VOC glue and paint, sometimes combined with the recycled chalk paint from the restore. The top of this table is solvent free resin made by Stone Coat Countertops.
