\u00a0 \u00a0KALIED Gallery <\/a>has had a Holiday show for about 10 years now. During the annual HARK Show you can find creative and unique gifts.\u00a0 I made the Scented Mandrake roots for this years show. They are made of\u00a0 rope scraps, junk mail and paper food packaging. The paper is then sealed with nontoxic glue and paint. As an absorbent layer for the scented oil, I then add an unsealed layer of paper to the chest and belly. This allows the paper to absorb the essential oil and to give the root a scent.\n<\/p>\n
