The goal of this job for the designer was to keep these existing\u00a0new\u00a0cabinets while\u00a0changing out the stove hood. \u00a0The cabinet guy\u00a0made the hood to fit the space left by the\u00a0previous hood.\u00a0\u00a0The client needed to\u00a0use her kitchen while the work was being completed,\u00a0so, I painted it in the basement, let it dry for 2 weeks, and then the cabinet guy returned\u00a0for the installation.<\/p>\n

I painted the pewter then I added the flexible molding and rivets.<\/p>\n

The flex molding was painted as cast iron to give it contrast.<\/p>\n
